DAll paddles are hand crafted using reclaimed woods, i.e trees that were cleared to build roads, woods discarded from other manufacturers, old utility poles, etc. No trees are cut down for the purpose of building these paddles. The planks are custom cut and dried at local sawmills. After production, wood scraps and even the sawdust are again repurposed. Nothing is wasted.escription text goes here

Basswood, Cedar, Walnut, Maple, Ash, Butternut, Cherry and Jarrah are woods often used. Others may be available.

All paddles have hardwood edges and tips for durability. Jarrah wood, used for the tip, performs better than epoxy, is more attractive and is a non-toxic, natural wood.

There are 3 main types of paddles: Canoe, Kayak, and Stand Up Paddle Board. All are available in standard or custom lengths.

There are 4 types of canoe paddles: Bent Shaft, Traditional Straight Shaft, Beaver Tail, and Double Ended 2-piece.

There are 2 types of Kayak paddles: One-piece, straight or with feather. Two-piece with carbon fiber ferrule.

The paddles are intended for recreational use. They have undergone field testing in the Boundary Waters. They are not intended for Olympic whitewater competition.
